Refund policy
Due to the limited edition runs and exclusivity of some of our products please make note of the following rules. All bags, shoes, and custom items are final sale and are non refundable and cannot be returned for a store credit. Other items and accessories may be returned for a store credit at the discretion of Tross™. Any additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
All damaged or faulty items received must be documented and notice received within 48 hours of acceptance of package. We stand behind our products 100% and ensure they are depicted as shown on this site and will arrive in the same manner. If they do not due to shippers error, please let us know so we can make arrangements for replacement or refund.
Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
